Training
Welcome the clients go to HEBG office for free training.
Warranty Policy
We ensure offering 1-year repair service for free, if a malfunction occurs in warranty because of
quality problem, contact our retailer or our company with purchase receipt in the warranty period,
we will repair or replace it.
HEBG ensures maintenance-free in the warranty period since the purchase date. The customer could
send the faulty product to the HEBG factory. Below circumstances are not included in the warranty
coverage:
1、Over warranty time;
2、Misoperation or man-made damage.
3、No valid warranty certificate and a valid invoice (except for evidence that the goods are within
the validity period of warranty).
4、Barcode or model no. does not match the real product.
